Working closely with our clients we refine and develop the design brief to obtain a full understanding of their requirements whilst striving to achieve the highest levels of design quality. We balance these principles against the ever growing levels of complexity in achieving successful Planning Consent and the need to control construction costs.

We strive to provide as much technical information as possible in order that projects can be implemented effectively. Our detailed drawing work is prepared specifically to create practical, technical solutions which are cost effective and can be completed on site safely and efficiently.

We provide a complete service including Building Control approval from local authorities or Approved Inspectors and provide full liaison with other specialist consultants and bodies involved in the detailed process.

We can advise upon the appointment of Specialist Consultants where required.

We can provide a full management service including procurement of tenders and competitive prices from contractors and specialists. We can set up and administer formal building contracts between clients and selected contractors. We co-ordinate and supervise works through to completion and have a great deal of experience on site, working closely with the construction team to deliver projects on time and in budget. The level of our involvement can be precisely tailored to suit the complexity of the project or the specific needs of our clients.
